ARTIST ON THE LOOSE! RUN!
Hmmm. Like my picture? It captures my essence so well, doesn't it?

Nyah.

The Twisted History of The Giant Spork of Indigestion
The Giant Spork of Indigestion started out as a wacky character than popped into my head as I wrote random crap on smalltime.com's Mass Fiction, way back in '99. He existed purely as a story idea for about two years, acquiring many short-lived sidekicks, suffocating in the dreary environs of my bedroom floor.

In 2001, I actually drew a spork for art class (one of those draw-random-objects assignments), and I stuck a cape and a face on it before I turned it in. The art teacher found it amusing, and before you could say "huh?" I had a stack of comic in a box. Where they sat. And sat.

Eventually, my post-high-school manic websurfing habits got me addicted to webcomics, and thinking of poor Sporko again. It's been nagging at the back of my mind for months now. So, I've finally done something about it!

I don't draw very well on the computer yet. I keep trying to treat Photoshop like Kid Pix, which is why things look so screwy, no doubt. But I'm having fun, which is what counts, ne?

Brief character listing (I'll update it later)
Giant Spork of Indigestion - hapless being of my imagination. He'll get around to superheroing every once in a while, I suppose.
Evil Ceiling Fan - It hangs down too low.... on purpose! Not really all that "evil" per se, but let it have its fantasies.
The Ol' Reaper - what's a random cast of characters without the Reaper? He occupied my notebook doodles WAY before Grim & Evil came on the air, but he's got a similar haplessness to him. I knew I shouldn't have lost all those notes...
Tina - the wacky lesbian cat.
JenniferShe that is me. Er, I. Whatever. I'm not very creative when it comes to my human characters, so I came up with an alter-ego who, oddly enough, has the same first name as me.
